Siamo stati all’Albergo Pialpetta per cena e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La cucina è davvero eccellente: piatti tipici preparati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. Il tutto a un prezzo più che onesto. Bravi ragazzi!
Pranzo domenicale in famiglia. L'albergo Pialpetta è una giovane realtà che prosegue la tradizione familiare di precedenti titolari. Hanno mantenuto la tradizionale veste della sala da pranzo e chiaramente i piatti piemontesi. Questa gestione, anche attraverso la disponibilità a concordare il menù domenicale, con i piatti della tradizione, serviti con i classici vassoi e ripassando più volte, ci ha offerto genuinità, semplicità, qualità e abbondanza. Un bel pranzo compreso di tre antipasti, assaggio di due primi, secondo con contorno dolce fatto in casa, vino acqua caffè e pussacaffé ad un prezzo sicuramente ottimo, sotto i trentacinque euro a testa. Complimenti al cuoco ed al personale di sala Andate e provate! Parola di Local guide.
Ho mangiato piu' volte all' albergo Pialpetta, sia il menu' operaio ( primo, secondo, contorno, acqua, 1/4 vino e caffe' a 12 euro da lunedi' a venerdi' a pranzo), sia a la carte, con un prezzo tra i 25 e i 30 euro a seconda delle portate. Mi sono sempre trovato molto bene. Cibo buono, belle porzioni, personale gentile e disponibile e prezzi onesti. Da consigliare sicuramente, soprattutto a chi ama i sapori locali.
Mi sono fermata qui a pranzo durante la settimana e devo dire che sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta dalle portate che mi sono state proposte. Non amo il pesce di acqua dolce ma ho comunque scelto il filetto di trota per provare a cambiare idea ed è stata una gustosissima sorpresa: la carne era morbida, non c'era alcuna spina, era croccante sui bordi e le spezie usate x insaporirla erano delicate. Devo dire che ho proprio apprezzato un piatto che solitamente non scelgo. Pienamente soddisfatta!
